Women represent more than half of the college graduates in the United States, they make up only 30 percent of workers at large technology companies..
Provide access to cloud skilling scholarships so get them ready with cloud and AI fundamentals. Invite them to particiate in opportunities to innovate solutions.
Provide access to leadership support such as adult mentors, internship projects, community events, education and more to develop them as young leaders.
